Corporate & school fleetsThe vast majority of our inventory comes from businesses and schools upgrading their IT assets or relocating offices — pre-owned, fully functional machines, mostly in excellent condition with minimal use.
45 checkpointsEvery device gets a rigorous 45-point test — not off-the-shelf software, but a process we've dialed in over twenty years. Speakers, webcams, right down to confirming a gaming GPU runs at the right temperature. One of the lowest return rates in the industry is the proof.
Never damaged, never repairedIf testing turns up a functional issue — a broken screen, liquid damage, a dead port — the device goes to our recycler, not our shelves. The one exception: batteries. If a fully functional machine needs one, we replace it and say so — you'll see “New Battery” in the item description. Everything else is simply pre-owned: never damaged, never repaired.
