All computers have a minimum one year warranty from Computer Overhauls.
All iPhones & iPads have 90 days warranty from Computer Overhauls.
- For Computers:
Computer Overhauls provides a minimum of a one-year hardware warranty on all computers. If an Apple, Lenovo, HP or Microsoft item has existing manufacturer warranty it will still be valid. Computer Overhauls will also provide a full one year warranty from the date of purchase that runs concurrent with any remaining manufacturer warranty, specifically for these brands. - All other computer brands do not have transferrable manufacturer warranties. This includes Dell, Alienware, Razer, Toshiba, Asus, Acer, Sony. For these brands, Computer Overhauls one year warranty will be active.
- For iPhones/iPads/Vision Pro
Computer Overhauls includes a 90-days warranty. If the Apple warranty is still active it will be valid.
- AppleCare+ is generally not able to be added on to any items. Apple only offers this for the first sixty days from the day it was purchased directly from Apple. As our inventory comes through various suppliers we can't guarantee that any item is still within this sixty-day window from its original purchase date. Some items may already have AppleCare+; if so, it will be mentioned above.
- Optional 3-year accidental damage warranties are available and are provided by CPS, Consumer Priority Service.
- For all other items we provide a 90-day warranty. This would include but is not limited to cameras, graphics cards, CPUs, games consoles, drones, computer components etc. We are not any authorized retailer for any brand and unless explicitly stated, manufacturer warranties will not be valid.
- All items, except brand new, factory sealed items and Apple Vision Pro, are eligible for a return and a full refund within 30-days of purchase.
- Brand new, factory sealed items and Vision Pros can be returned within 30-days with a 20% restocking fee.
- Items must be received back by us within 30-days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- No returns are accepted after 30-days.
